On the market

Values are typical home values for each area from public price indices (Zillow, HM Land Registry, CBS, CSO, Notaires de Paris, Ministerio de Vivienda, OeNB, GREIX), converted at ECB average exchange rates. They describe the neighbourhood, not any particular address.

How to play

It is the year 2000 and you have $500,000. Each round shows six homes in real neighbourhoods at that year's typical price. You can afford two or three, or several of a cheap one, or none.

Prices outside the US are converted to dollars at that year's exchange rate, so currencies move too. One puzzle a day; unlimited practice games after that.
